one of the top 5 theatres in London in my opinion its very pretty, not the biggest place but always get some great shows, I saw avenue Q here and loved it, even the people in the tiny box seats were loving it. u get a real sense of history from the place

if you've ever seen a musical in London there is a good chance it was here. absolute classic venue, professionally run for many many years you can't go wrong with a visit to this theatre, they really know what they're doing. 100th birthday in 2010 as well so there should be some great stuff on, hope they bring back brucie

i think this theatre could be moving very soon to a new location, like a super centre venue with all the cafe's and other entertainment which is a shame cos i love it but i dont think its in the original place either. great plays though, really different to mainstream stuff and musicals

i think the hackney empire is very musically themed which i love, you can always see some truly amazing musicians here and the sound inside the theatre is extra good. its a great place to see anything they have on but i highly recommend something musical

the king's head rocks, its a proper rarity that you can go somewhere thats well managed with nice drinks quality ales etc its open late too and see some quality entertainment too. loads of artists go here and after a performance its very informal so you can mingle with the cast and stuff

i never knew this theatre patiulcarly but since kevin spacey took over things it has really been the centre of attention, theyre really good at that and the plays have had some amazing actors perform here. you can also get a tour of the tunnels underneath where they show some events

i would describe this building as magnificent, truly and epic venue to go and see anything. tell u what though it aint half pricey, it advertises 7 quid tickets but i couldnt find any, most people ive spoken to who have been here have spent upwards of 80 a ticket. dress up its a posh night out

i saw wicked na na na na na na and you should too, what an incredible show and what a lovely theatre, we had great seats which were more comfy than i'm used to in these old theatres, the view looked pretty good from anywhere, i liked the ice cream during the interval too

This place is a bit of an odd one, you won't catch any general releases in the cinema, the exhibitions were are a bit off the wall. the bar is nice and everyone swanning about seemed nice too. If you want to see educational informative independent films this is the place for you

I love the dome, the structure has to impress you and inside its so huge they still haven't filled it up with tonnes of empty space. I saw Beyoncé here, hands down the best gig I've ever been to and probably will ever see in my lifetime. If you sit up in the nosebleeds I hope you have a head for heights cos it is vertigo inducing stuff and extremely steep!

I saw the pullman trilogy here over 2 nights, it was absolutely sensational. The theatre has been designed so well for everyone involved in the play, the musicians, actors etc. The stage is huge and the set design superb. Nice facilities, I don't like it when you go to pokey theatres with dirty toilets and crammed in to a tiny bar at interval

I've seen such great shows here in the past. I normally end up at The Barbican by accident just because something I want to see is being show here. There is such a wide variety of stuff on offer. The cinema here is really great and so are the restaurants and bars

The globe really is magical. I don't know what it would be like living 400 years ago but I'd like to think it was all romance and tragedy and lovely open air theatres. I have yet to see a play here but it is well worth a visit as its a special building and lots of restaurants around too.

A friend took me here and wouldn't tell me what it was. I still don't really know what it is, I think i'd describe it as an underground theatre experience. Like that Aliens experience but your not sure why you are there. I was really funny in places and I had a great time, a conversation piece.
