Moro

Moro restaurant opened in 1997, and lies at the heart of the lively Exmouth Market. Known for its award-winning Moorish cuisine, the restaurant is a perennial favorite with diners. At Moro, Spanish and North African elements merge into a choice of tapas, mezze and an inventive South Mediterranean menu. They can cater for private parties of up to 80 people and provide outside seating on the pavement. For a restaurant with a big reputation, its decor is unpretentious: the centerpiece being a view of the kitchen's capacious wood-fired oven where the magic happens. Also on the menu are varieties of sherry – from the dry fino to the sweet Pedro Ximénez.
