Good old traditional British Pub as you'd expect from the name. It is the standard, serving food and drink, hosting parties and music to the British pub standard as it should be. It transforms in to a heaving club when the live music starts up from some established bands and there are plenty of themed nights through out the year. A true Essex Road Institution.

I didn't know this place was a club in the late evening, i've seen some bands you wouldn't expect from a pub here but I went here first just for a pub lunch and a pint. Both were scrumptious and I really enjoyed chilling here on the old skool leather stylee setees
